[drupal-docs] Status of day one of the application documentation sprint

We made a lot of progress today.  First drafts of admin/help  
documentation for 35 modules was completed.

We also got workflow and user personas out to help in the creation of  
documentation.

Thanks to Sherman, Andrew, Zack, Dan, Charlie, Boris and anyone else  
who helped out.
