merging into the handbook

One question. I changed a few of the titles, and in doing so, added a
few for the contrib modules. I noticed that they originally began with
lowercase. The default for other handbook pages is to begin with
uppercase. Is there any usability reason for going with lowercase? Just
wondering :)
