Tell ya what, before discussing which step goes first, let's get all the
stuff down.  I'm not seeing anyone else offer up documentation for this,
which I think is shocking, really, considering it's really important, and
surely ya'll know a heck of a lot more about it than me.

Of course, having it be good documentation is important, but there's nothing
there, it's just a huge big gaping hole.

I'm sorry if I'm a little impatient, but this is not a difficult thing!
It's a completely doable thing!  Ne?  So, let's just get it all down, and
then figure out what's the best way to present the information given.
