[support] Staging question

The problem is all the UTF-8 encoding went south, and I had to retype
them because I overridden before I noticed the problem :_(

I didn't expect this to happen since I made sure both database are set
to the same UTF-8 encoding.  My ISP then told me this is a common
problem.  Lesson learned.
