[support] theme_guestbook_user_picture is not loaded in my profile. why ?

Hi all.. I have a template called "fp". I need to alter the user picture 
in the guestbook module.
Via Theme developer I have see that I need to create a funcion called 
fp_guestbook_user_picture().

I have created it, but this function is not executed.

Does some1 know where I can found  some help ?
