[support] Roles and users

Thank you for your reply. I use the Support Ticketing System / Helpdesk
creates a content type with a drop down menu to choose who is the
recipient of ticket.Un user belongs to a role. When a user who belongs
to the same role as other created a ticket, he sees the drop down list
for users belonging to the same role that is normal for me but what I
want is that the combo he can choose users who belong to his role but
also users of other roles which is not the case.
