  lol, thanks Shai. You bring up a good point with the issues.

My formula for estimates (since all programmers are optimists) is raise 
the units one and multiply by .5.
So 2 weeks becomes 1 month, 2 months becomes 1 quarter, etc.. It 
actually works for me.
