If someone smarter then me can figure it out might see a significant speed increase. Or perhaps you guys already had this discussion.
If anything, it'd be a speed increase at the web server level, not within Drupal, so there's not much impetus for us to implement it. (I know Rich, well. What he's saying is sound. Do I think it will provide such a massive increase in speed that we should rewrite our current handling? Not really. Do I think we should abandon all the Apache 1.3 users?
