It's possible split the content of one var? For example in comments page the var $links (I think) come with this: delete | edit | reply but. Some client ask me for some different icons in this links so I need add some class to this elements for later play with them using CSS. So ... It's possible? How to output a user's comments?

Hello list, does anyone know a quick way to output (in a block, in a page, on user's page) coments submitted by each user? Views does not have a Type: Comment Filter, and there isn't any contributed module capable of this afaik... Thanks and have everybody a warm Christmas

How to integrate Movabletype?

Hello, I've got a site that was originally done in Dreamweaver, and had three separate blogs done in Movabletype that I'm converting/upgrading to Drupal. My question is, what's the best way to incorporate these blogs into Drupal? Ideally, it'd be nice to have everything inside of drupal. - jody

Setting up leech

I'm just now re-installing a 4.7.x website that crashed and burned when I had to put it onto a new box. Agg2 was the main module running the site; the site depends on that kind of functionality. In the time since the site initially crashed, agg2 was abandoned and leech became its replacement. Fine and dandy, but the instructions are so craptastic that I can't figure out how to get the thing to run. I've figured out enough to enter a feed, but feed items are not showing up. What I've done: 1) Installed and/or enabled the leech module and the node_template module. 2) Made a story node into a template. 3) Went into ~/admin/settings/content-types/story and enabled leech, giving it the template. 4) Made nodes of two different feeds using the newly leech-y story type, and updated/leeched the feeds. 5) Yes, cron is running. And then what? Who knows! Because the feed items aren't appearing anywhere and nothing I'm reading at drupal.org tells me where or how they might be enabled. I went to the IRC channel today and was confronted by a blank screen but for my own appeals for a good half-hour. OK I'm done bitching now. I feel better. :) I don't expect folks to do it all for me, I just wish when people release stuff they made better READMEs, or find someone to write a README for them. Yes, I will write READMEs for developers, having done tech writing before, but you have to explain what the hell's going on to me first. I've been working with Drupal since '04, possibly '03, I can't remember, so I'm not new to this stuff. Page node with embedded form

Hello list, I am having an issue with using a page where I embed a form and then promote the page to the front page. The problem I have is that the data for the next node on the front page shifts to the right instead of being directly under it. The form does contain a table but all of the html is appears correctly ended with the appropriate tags. It also contains an image URI and text within one of the cells of the table. Are there any suggestions as to what should I look for or wrap around the form to get the appropriate result? Perhaps a module that deals with this issue? Earnie

rtl in the internet_services theme

hi. may be this is better suited for the themes list, but here we try also. I have been trying to hack the internet_services theme to work well in a multilingual environment, with an rtl locale, (arabic). here is what I did so far: 1. in my template.php file I put the following function to load the correct style sheet depending on the locale: function phptemplate_stylesheet_import($stylesheet, $media = 'all') { $rtl = in_array(locale_initialize(), array('ar', 'fa', 'he', 'ur')); if (!$rtl) { return theme_stylesheet_import($stylesheet, $media); } if ($stylesheet == base_path() . 'misc/drupal.css') { $stylesheet = base_path() . 'misc/drupal-rtl.css'; } if ($stylesheet == base_path() . path_to_theme() . '/style.css') { $stylesheet = base_path() . path_to_theme() . '/style-rtl.css'; } return theme_stylesheet_import($stylesheet, $media); } 2. I modified the direction in the file style-rtl.css file that is supposed to get loaded when the locale is right to left like this: /* rtl */ body { direction: rtl; /* text-align: right; */ 3. in that same file, I replaced each occurance of float: left to float: right as you can see at www.nattiq.net the site looks lovely in the english locale, and most of I wanted to achieve in the arabic one also is looking good, except for the issue of the right hand block, it displays after some space. and, isn't this side bar, according to the code, supposed to be at the left hand side when the language is arabic? can somebody look at the code and give me some ideas? How to have current menu item highlighted when it's an image?

Hello, I've got a site here: http://beta.menashalibrary.org/teens/read That has a menu across the top. I'm looking for the best way to do this within drupal. To do the mouseovers, I'm using javascript. This changes the image you're mousing over, and the one below it with text. Is there a way to do this but still have drupal create the menu? Also, I'd like it so the active link is the same image as when you mouse over it. The only way I can think of to do this is to use sections and have a different section for each link. Is there a better way to do this? - jody
