Cannot Enable/Disable Modules

For some reason I cannot enable a new module or disable an existing module. When I check them off/on then hit save configuration the page reloads and the module status remains the same. Nodereference field in Profile.module?

Taxonomy term where you can choose AND input new terms

Hi, Can you have a taxonomy term that allows the poster to both choose from already inputed terms and if the one that their post fits into isn't there they can input their own? Cheers! /Mattias

Administer Nodes Issue

V: Drupal 4.7.4, 2006-10-18 I migrated from one server to another, and exported the database from the old, and imported it into the new server. Both servers were/are running the same Drupal codebase. an 'Editor' role has been created that has been delegated 'administer nodes'. Since the migration, I have only created one page. That is the only page that an 'Editor' role user has the edit ability. All the overs only have view and revisions. I have deleted the role, re-added and the issue persists. Any suggestions? Thanks

Show link title instead of raw http:// link in post

How can I make a submit form(taxonomy or not) where the poster submits a URL and in the post it will be shown as a title of my choice. So for example if I want the link that is submitted to that form to be shown as "CNN ARTICLE" and the user submits http://cnn.com/article1 it will be shown in the post as CNN ARTICLE and not http://cnn.com/article1 as it's done right now if you add it as a taxonomy..

Error Trying To Move Files To New Hosting Company

I am trying to move some of my sites to a new hosting company. I did a backup of Drupal on the old hosting company and tried uploading it on the new hosting company. Inserting a new taxonomy and adding a node in this taxonomy

Hi all, i need to add in the fly a taxonomy to a book. I've put an extra field in my book (a cck node) in case the user want to add a new taxonomy without going to the form taxonomy. I've a custom module to handle this: function source_nodeapi(&$node, $op, $a3 = NULL, $a4 = NULL) { switch ($op) { case 'submit': if ($node->type == 'content_libro') { echo "Nuevo Autor: " . $node->field_nuevo_autor[0]["value"]; } break; case 'insert': break; case 'update': if ($node->type == 'content_libro') { echo "Nuevo Autor: " . $node->field_nuevo_autor[0]["value"]; } break; case 'view': break; } } (This is from drupal.org) Now i need to create the taxonomy and then to put the book node in this taxonomy.
