Drupal Multisite Install

Re my previous post, I stumbled across a directive which seems to have permitted access to the multi site directory. In httpd.conf I changed AllowOverride None to All and I can now access the first.com/sites1 directory. Am I building in more problems? Thanks Roger

moderation of own guestbook entries

Hi, How to enable the moderation links (if such a thing exists) for my own guestbook entries? I have set the appropriate permissions, etc. but dont seem to be able to have any other interface other than the master user's admin pages. I am using Drupal Guestbook (dgp) for the user guestbooks. - Ben

Hi, Looking to port http://drupal.org/project/uc_flo2cash to drupal 7. Is there anyone who can assist. I have fixed - watchdog messages - changed the install to be 7 I know it is getting stuck in the process method but need some pointer on how to start debugging. Thanks, Iain

memory error

Drupal multisite subdomain :Symbolic link not all owed or link target not accessible:

I have followed aforementioned steps in order to get multisite subdomain install 1)Install drupal in web server directory i.e. /var/www/html/drupal (this is the main drupal install). The server name is abc.com 2) For multisite subdirectory install I have created site1 folder under /var/www/html/drupal/sites/abc.com.drupal.sites1 Copied the default.settings.php into /var/www/html/drupal/sites/drupal.sites1/settings.php modified db_url to $db_url='pgsql://my_db_username:my_db_password@localhost/my_site1_dbname'; modified base_url to $base_url="http://abc.com/drupal/site1" created a symlink in drupal installation dir i.e. ln -s /var/www/html/drupal /var/www/html/drupal/site1 Also I have Options +FollowSymLinks within the .htacess file of drupal installation as well as <Directory /var/www/html/drupal> Options FollowSymLinks </Directory> in my httpd.conf file However in order to resume installation when I point my browser to http://abd.com/drupal/site1 I get following error message in my error log files "Symbolic link not allowed or link target not accessible" I have overhauled most of the drupal forums but no luck so far. Help would be appreciated.

Node Menu for Related Nodes

I'm working on a project, D7 install, that needs to have a tabbed menu at the top of certain nodes for related/supporting nodes. See http://procamps.com/philipriverscamp as an example. I built this functionality in a D6 site using QuickTab's and Views blocks assigned to a QuickTab but it was a bit tough for the client to grasp things for maintaining their site. I've been working different ways to accomplish this in D7 but have nothing that I am happy with, so I'm asking the community for feedback of experiences to accomplish this, for ideas and opinions. installing drupal as normal user on an AFS system

Hello, how could I do this? The admin here is a bit too paranoid and they say that they cannot install drupa because of "security reasons". I was wondering whether I could do a local install as a normal user (but I am foreseeing problems with mySQL, too) on an AFS. I find it extremely complicated to find out what kind of rights I need for drupal to install correctly. I am getting the usual warning: "The Drupal installer requires write permissions to ./sites/default/settings.php during the installation process. If you are unsure how to grant file permissions, please consult the on-line handbook." And I have not found on the guide anything on this matter: http://drupal.org/node/202483 Am I the first person in the world trying to install drupal as a normal user on an Adrew File System? Time in Fedora

Time is 2:12pm Friday May 13 but Fedora 14 time is 4:09 AM EST F14 is not reading system time. I have ubuntu on another hd which reads correct system time. Time preferences shows 2 locations, Melbourne and Boston, Boston shows about the right time 2:12 pm but on Thursday. Where should I be looking to correct how Fedora reads system time. Good evening list, > Not that I know of. Feel free to try what you can. The quickest > way to resolve the problem is try to get a message to the developer > of the module and sponsor a bug fix. Otherwise, you can find the > problem and fix it on your own and post a patch, which is what I would do. Already filed a bug report, hoping that this time i'll get an answer.
