Comment Spam Getting Around ReCaptcha, Watchdog reports host IP as the site's IP

Hi folks, On one of my sites there is comment spam which is somehow circumventing the Recaptcha (a human entering the spam possibly??) challenge there. But the strangest thing of all is that in the watchdog log message, the IP that displays under "Host" is the dedicated IP of the site itself. Anybody have any ideas of what is going on there? Can't change database connection

I'm attempting to switch my database connection on drupal 7. Based on http://drupal.org/node/18429 I have written the following module code : // code : $dba = array ( 'driver' => 'mysql', 'database' => 'dolphy_books', 'host' => 'localhost', 'username' => 'tim', 'password' => '******', ); // Test the current connnection $result = Database::getConnectionInfo('default'); drupal_set_message("Connection Info: <pre>" . print_r($result,1) . '</pre>'); // Verify that table 'actions' exists $result = drupal_get_schema('actions'); drupal_set_message("schema: <pre>" . print_r($result,1) . '</pre>'); // change the connection to the one defined by $dba Database::addConnectionInfo('db1','default',$dba); db_set_active('db1'); // Test what should now be the current connection. And the info for // $dba is returned $result = Database::getConnectionInfo('db1'); drupal_set_message("Now : Connection Info: <pre>" . print_r($result,1) . '</pre>'); // There is no 'actions' table in the 'dolphy_books' database. DB switch failed. // end code The diagnostics that I have put in indicate (to the best that I can see) that the appropriate connection info has been provided. **BUT** the connection has not been changed! The second call to `drupal_get_schema' returns the same schema info as before the calls to addConnectionInfo and db_set_active. In fact, there is no table named 'actions' in the 'dolphy_books' database. I could really use some help here. Drupal appache solr tika fileattachment indexing

Hi All I am trying to integrate apache solr (3.6.x), tika with Drupal 6.26. I found normal site contents (such as nodes, page types, panel types) are getting indexed. I can go to apache solr home page and serach some phrases and can see the results. Even file attachment also getting indexed but only from defined node types. For example, if I attach a file while creating content from Stoy or Page or Panel type, that file is getting indexed. *This ENSURES the integration of drupal 6.26/SOLR-3.6/TIKA is working fine.* BUT, I have a custom module and it provides a custom form to users to register their details. and attach their resumes as well. When they submit the form, I call Drupal file_save_xx api to save the file in a custom path. In this case files are not getting indexed. Has anybody tried this thing previously. I searched quite a lot but could not get any proper documentation in this regard. Any suggestions/pointers highly appreciated. Thanks Kamal NECS, Bangalore

Forms hate me

I have a form that I need to format (theme) as a table. The D6 version of the module works just fine. The D7 version is being rather obstinate. Since I have a dsm() in the theme function, I know it is firing. However, the variables array passed to the theme has an empty array in it. auto grab images from subdirectory to build galleries

Does anyone know of a drupal 7 module that can scan subdirectories of images and create a gallery for each subdirectory? It seems like I remember a module like this in the past but I can't find one now. CodeCogs Equation Editor in ckeditor

Hi all, I want to integrate CKeditor's plugin CodeCogs Equation Editor ( http://ckeditor.com/addon/equation) in CKeditor so I can insert mathematical equations. I tried to setup by following that link. but I could not get equation button in toolbar I tried with http://www.codecogs.com/latex/integration/ckeditor_v3/install.php too if anyone of you have set up it then please give me clean steps thanks in advance :) what I did is ... I downloaded the plugin from http://www.codecogs.com/latex/integration/ckeditor_v3/install.php extracted it to /var/www/drupal/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins so it look like /var/www/drupal/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/equation/ then i added the one line to config.js so now its looking as CKEDITOR.editorConfig = function( config ) { // Define changes to default configuration here. For example: // config.language = 'fr'; // config.uiColor = '#AADC6E'; config.extraPlugins = 'equation'; }; please tell where i am wrong or I i have missed ?
