When adding child items to a book, the items are ordered alphabetically instead of the order in which they were entered. Is there any way to order them by the post date instead of alphabetically? Changing background of active slideshow thumbnails

Hi, I am using drupal 6 I have created a views content slideshow similar to www.yahoo.com I am trying to highlight the active thumbnail by changing the background of .activeSlide class This works on hover, but not when the slideshow is playing or a slide is active. Cron Runs Multiple Times

I have some code in a module that is supposed to send some email updates on cron run (http://pastebin.com/A4HGAf8c). The code runs and generates the emails as it should, but the problem is, it runs too many times, and I end up getting 7 emails instead of just one. I get the same results running cron from drush, the status report page, or a cron job. I've used a debugger, and I can see it go through the code as it should, but I can't tell why it's being run over and over again. Can anyone tell why the cron code is running over and over again? I'm using hook_cron_queue_info for the first time, and from what I can tell I have everything defined properly, so I'm not sure what else to look at. Thanks. Steve

Basic CSS guidance, please!

This is the last step for me in this months long project!! I have 3 fields, an image, the body and a video field. I have the video displaying to the right of the image and the body at 100% width along the bottom of the both of them. When there is no video, the body is sliding up into that space. I cannot for the life of me figure out the way to keep that space open even if there's nothing filling it. I know this is basic CSS stuff and I'm so tired from my other nightmare project from last week that I can't even look at this objectively anymore!! SMS Messaging

I see there are a few modules for SMS messaging in Drupal. Do any of them allow chaining messages to create a dialog? That is, we send one message with choices; they choose one and send that answer to us. Showing a node edit page with drupal_get_form() and hook_menu()

Hello everybody, I am new to drupal and am stuck at a very basic problem. I would like to simply show the edit page to a known node id. (The reason I want to do this is because I would like to append a form to a view late, but one step at a time...) Customizing a form with page manager

Hello, I have got a problem with customizing a form with page manager. I have the following selection rule: Title: Content exists Description: Logged in user exists My contexts are the following: 1. Node from logged in user (on node.node_author) ---- from Logged in user 2. Edit node by the logged in user ---- from Context 1 The problem: When I chose a field form "on the refrence entity" as content it is not rendered. Instead it says "Entity info." The only fields that work are those that do not have these "box icon" in front of them in the "add content" menu. The problem seems to be known: http://drupal.org/node/1197582 But the posted solution requires to hack core (if I'm not mistaken) and thus I'm wondering if there is a simpler / better solution to this problem? I am running a fresh drupal 7.14 install with everything up to date. I'm sorry if this description is a bit vague, I'm very new to drupal and thus don't really know where to look to solve my problem. Thanks in advance!

Hook_views_api

Before I pull any more hair out, maybe someone has an idea. I have a module that I am adding a hook_views_api() to. It is not firing - I put a dsm() in to find out. I also tried using a module_implements() and the module is not in the list. The module is definitely enabled because other functions run fine. This is about as simple a hook as there is, so how have I messed it up? /** * Implements hook_views_api(). */ function nancy_reporting_views_api() { drupal_set_message('nancy_reporting_views_api'); return array( 'version' => '3.0', 'path' => drupal_get_path('module', 'nancy_reporting'), ); } Yes, the module is named "nancy_reporting."
