Turns out that the caches were full and for some reason this produced the errors we experienced. Turns out the data seems to not be affected but the views were producing errors. As recommended I did a drush cc all from a terminal and the problems seem to have gone. Thanks Roger > Hmmm. latest core update gives big problems

I installed/updated to 7.29 and all worked but now none of the views operate. With 7.29 all views show an sql error so I installed 7.28 and tried that but I now cannot even save changes to views and the site is kaput. Is there a way to rebuild the database even though I did not save it before updating to 7.29 Thanks in advance Roger

Drupal 7 Commerce Best way to create a product grid

Hi, I would like to create a simple grid like a spreadsheet that would contain about 20 products and the quantity for each can be added on it's line and the entire form submitted and added to the cart. The layout would be something like this: ----------------------------------------------------- Product | QTY | ----------------------------------------------------- Product 1 | <input type="text" name="Product_1"> | ----------------------------------------------------- Product 2 | <input type="text" name="Product_2"> | ----------------------------------------------------- <submit> I was thinking of a view then I started thinking of using the webform module. This is Drupal 7 commerce and I would need the submit button to be the trigger for adding the products to the cart. Your suggestions are much appreciated!! Thank you for your help!! Keith

Field allowing multiple values but using autocomplete

My customer swears this used to work and that I have broken it. There is a field that contains a long list of people who may have been present at a meeting. It is allowed unlimited values. They claim that it used to allow autocomplete to select people and had an "add another" button below it. Certainly, I see in some custom code $form['field_who_was_present'][LANGUAGE_NONE]['add_more']['#value'] = "Add Another Person"; which would kind of indicate that they might be right. It is definitely not working now. Does anyone have any idea how to get it back to working as they want?

I had the same issue and someone recommended going directly to the page with the checkbox at http://www.yoursite.com/admin/config/search/clean-urls. This bypasses the check page. Once you enable it from that link you should be all set. Weird Node Save Problem

I have some code that is programmatically creating a node and turning over to the node form. So far it looks good and my code steps aside and lets Core do its stuff. So, the node_insert code gets called with a good node, complete with field data and a group. But then node_insert is invoked a second time with a node having the same ID, but missing group and most field data. This part makes no sense to me, and I can’t track down why it’s happening. Has anyone seen anything like this, and perhaps fixed it?

I have a Drupal 7.28 server that's not working after a number of upgrades. It's suffering from "MySQL server has gone away" errors. This server used to work just fine. I've been unable to track down the cause of this problem, or find a fix or workaround. Appreciate any help! Wiki tools and images

Hi all, I'm setting up a Wiki system in D7 using Freelinking, Flexifilter, WikiTools, and Tagcloud. I need to add the ability to upload images and files. I tried using WYSIWYG module, ckeditor and IMCE, but CKEditor escapes the Wiki tags and that screws up most wiki editing. If possible I'd like to add versioning to the images and files too. Anybody got any suggestions on how to add image support to WikiTools and Flexifilter? Thanks Bert

Editing user fields in PHP locks user out

I have recently written a custom module that among other things edits a user field (2 actually) during execution. If any user field is changed, after logging out, the user can no longer log in and has to reset his/her password. It this usual behaviour (am I missing something key to drupal permissions?) I can send code, but it is all using user_load ---- modify array -- and then user_set(array) to save the changes
