Doesnt seems to be disaster. try changing your theme, things might get corrected. Looks like its seven right now, try changing to garland or bartik.

I keep seeing this when I am installing modules, I have no idea what this means and all seems to be working well, what or why would I be getting this, could it be from a theme I tried and discarded. All themes I did get rid of I did disable before I remove them.
