Yes, you could set a background URL for the header div in the CSS.

Hi
I need to display a RSS block in the sidebar of some of my pages, but I'd like use a graphic (logo) as the block header, replacing the text title. Can this be done? The blocks admin does allow only changing the default feed title to a custom title, but not to any image.
