I am able to get into my site but it is still displaying vertically.

I did an update as mentioned by Jamie but everytime I go to another page the 'filename' field data for the 'system' table changes back to pointing to drupal-6.13.

I still have configuration problems with my temp file destination but both my php.ini and the admin/settings/file-system show "D:/temp" I have tried it with back slashes and with forward slashes and I still have the same problem. If I remove the drupal-6.13 from the sites/all/modules then I get the error on line 346.

OK, all of my data is in there, it looks like I will re-install on a separate folder and copy the data one page at a time.

Because of your particular situation, I would move everything in your sites directory to a temporary folder, then delete everything else, then unzip the latest Drupal into a temporary directory and copy all it's contents into your webroot or whatever sub you have it in and copy your sites backup back to the sites folder. Then go to admin/reports/status to check if you need to update any modules and update them (especially if there is a security update available). Then log into the admin account ( I hope you've set up a separate account to work in regularly) and run updates (www.mysite.com/update.php).

My site had a layout of left, middle and right but now the whole site is vertical and the newsflash theme does not appear.

Have you modified the newsflash theme heavily? Or was there a change you made a while before it failed? Drupal has caches for most everything so sometimes a change to a theme will not show until you clear the caches or refresh the "theme registry".

I also get this message in every page:

When you go to admin/settings/file-system, does the temporary directory match the upload_tmp_dir setting in php.ini

My suckerfish menu shows vertical instead of being in one row

Have you tried using the nice_menus module, for the most part it does the same thing

All of the pages info is there is just displaying vertically.

Any ideas?
