Of those the most likely is globalredirect. I would try a temporary disable of that one just for a test.
Does cron fail even when you click on the link in status report page?

Hi, using the latest version of drupal 7 I can not run cron and yes I have the key and tried from configure / cron clicking the button and also the link to cron with the key.
I have read all sorts of things including changing permissions of cron.php to 775, 755, 644 and nothing works. I'm wondering if I have a module causing this problem. I am using the following modules.
I have disabled the nodeaccess module and rebuilt the permissions and still access denied.
Backup migrate Ctools Entity Entity reference Faq Filefieldpaths Filefieldsources Globalredirect Nodeaccess Pathauto
Pathologic Privatemsg Rules Token Views Webform
Any suggestions on how else I can troubleshoot this and get cron working?
