pretty basic taxonomy stuff. look at some tutorials.
make a view, type taxonomy, then you get a control panel with a lot of options.
choose the filters you need, and then list the taxonomy you need, by name or number.
if you want the links to be different than the default links, use "rewrite output" to change the link. you can load up other fields [and hide them] to add more tokens, as needed.
i can't be mroe specific because every need is different! Views is really at the heart of Drupal, so i would recommend watching lots of videos and reading lots of websites about it to become a Views master... ;)

I am looking for the /best/ way to make a list of all the terms in a given vocabulary with a link to a page for that vocabulary term. We already have links for the specific terms so it would be nice to be able to overwrite the link but we could get around that.
