[support] list nodes with two layers of node references

I have a Drupal 6 site that has content types/node references that look like this:

Keyterm -->Concept --> Standard

The content type Keyterm has a node reference to Concept; the Concept content type has a node reference to Standard.

On each Standards page, I want a block that lists all Keyterms associated with the Standard (related through the Concept). Any thoughts on how this could be done or example sites?
