You may want to look into janrain as they are the most complete service that I know of. I agree that drupal is in dire need of competitive SEO tools and better integration with SEO software and services. All client demands these days include a large chunk of verbiage to SEO regardless of their industry or their size.
You may want to look into expanding your own services to better encompass SEO or partnering with someone who has a better SEO offering.
If anyone has good SEO (not just raw numbers, but modules for community managers/marketers and the likes) I'm all ears.

If I were doing this, I would probably opt to use a 3rd party service for posting, like Buffer, then for the analytics, something like ShareThis and utilizing the APIs of those services. Doing so without those would become a maintenance nightmare, as you got to deal with the APIs of all the different services, as well as keep up with any changes, which is most likely the reason there isn't a contributed module to handle all this out there.

For FB, you could use https://www.drupal.org/project/simple_fb_publish and use Rules module to configure what to post and when to post.
Similar ones could be built for others (if there are not any already).

functionality: Client logs into their own website uses workflow to add content, goes to a dashboard to post to external social networks and then clicks to another page that has analysis of social network activities.
