Just add in dreamweaver preferences .info to the list of file extensions that can be opened, same as you probably had to do for .module and .inc.

After googling around, all I saw were DW extensions for CS3. It's not a huge deal, but changing ".info" to ".txt", editing, and then changing back to ".info" is certainly getting irritating!
