You should ask for the specific error logs. Those should contain information that, when searched, will probably give you the exact problem in just a couple of seconds.

They probably won't want to do this as it requires them to filter the logs down for stuff just relating to your domain which may be a pain, but it's worth asking after a week of it not working.
