How do I view the revision history of a node?
I feel like a complete moron not being able to figure this out?

Found it. Under "Administer->content->content types" enable "new revisions" for all content types that should support revisions.
Still haven't found a way to compare revisions though.

I think you need the Diff contrib module for that http://drupal.org/project/diff
