Hello Drupal Community,
I upgraded my blog from Drupal 5 to Drupal 6, after the upgrade there was a lot of changes I made to the my blog like path of the images I used in my blog and some css styles. When I tried to update some nodes using the new path of the images and css styles, it gives me error 406. I can edit the node but everytime I hit the preview and save button, the page will then redirected to this error:
The page you requested does not exist. For your convenience, a search was performed using the query /406 shtml/.
Please take note that I'm using search 404 module. I don't know what seems to be the problem causing drupal to behave like this.

Just a couple of things to try without knowing more about your site: 1. If you edit a story or page, can you save that or does this happen just on certain nodes (ones with CCK added fields?)
2. If you have CCK installed, and enabled the new with D 6 content permissions module, then you will have to go to Administer > User management
permissions to grant permission to view and edit fields created via CCK.
3. You might also need to rebuild permissions in general. Unfortunately there is no built in link to click on in order to do this. See discussion at http://drupal.org/node/147961 , especially "you can create a php page that calls node_access_rebuild()."

After googling out, I found out that the apache's mod_security is causing this problem. For those who are experiencing same problem, please check from these following urls:
