Drupal 6.13.

I wanted to do a new theme based on Zen Classic. I followed the instruction and everything is working under my new theme name except Theme Specific Setting. The setting page doesn't show Breadclumb setting. I have gone through theme-setting.php, info file, and template files to see if I left out renaming somewhere but I just can't find it.

Any help would be appreciated.
