I'd like to make a image gallery website with drupal 4.7 with image & taxonomy module, can i make a website like del.icio.us?

the different is, my website is an image collection, not url collection.

how do i make a frontpage like del.icio.us? and menu sidebar base on taxonomy like this: http://del.icio.us/search/?all=torrent
