Hi,
We have upgraded a site from 4.7 to 5.7. The dates for all events show as jan 1st 1970. Has anyone seen this issue before? the site is multi lingual, but I have upgraded multi lingual sites before and not seen this issue

Which version of event.module did you install? 5.1 or 5.2-dev?
Cheers, Gerhard

Did you do any custom theming for your 4.7 theme? Maybe you need to look at these places.
Can you look into the events table and look at the values for start_time and end_time? They should not be 0.
Cheers, Gerhard
I see the issue with bluemarine too.
When I edit a node, I clearly see the start date as 1970-01-01 00:00. It remains the same when I change and edit.
the start_date and end_date are indeed 0 for the node I was looking at. However, there are some where the event start date is right in the database but they show as 1970 when I view or edit the node

Can you try two things:
1) use 5.1-dev instead of the released version 5.1
2) use 5.2-dev instead of 5.1 (run update.php again, keep a backup!)
Cheers, Gerhard
upgrading to 5.2-dev and running update.php seems to have fixed it!
