I am not up on the latest 508 Compliance guidelines. So two questions for anyone who is: 1) Opening external links in a new browser window - is this still a no-no? 2) Text resizers - this was once considered good practice but is now not considered so; is it still in 508?

It would be nice to know what themes are 508 compliant. I know some will state it.
