Hi Gurus,
I have a D7 web site, and I had set up a content that is a type of a Group. Now I want to create a view in front page with all these content, without restriction regarding group.
This content has an image field and I want to create front page view with these images.
How can I do it? At the moment, this view shows only your own content, as defined in permissions.
Nicola
I actually don't think that Views can do that. The power of Views is that it inherently does Drupal permissions. As far as I know, there is no setting for 'ignore security permissions and show unavailable content anyway'. I think you're going to have to resort to a db_query.

Is your content of drupal groups? or the content type is called Group?

Create your view as a block and not a page and add it to the content for the front page through the structrue -> blocks admin. When you create the view there will be a point that it asks you to create a page or a block take the block, then like I said add it to the content area for the page in structure -> blocks, configure the block to show only on front page.

I have fixed the problem by using standard permission. I had set up the content type group as allowed to be viewed from the anonymous users.
Thanks Nicola
