hello. any idea if it's possible to creat a similar page like this with drupal 4.7? http://www.mystop.net/services I am using the form.module to create this page, and that is not availlable in 4.7. I don't know how easier it has become after the revised form API in 4.7 thanks mohammed.

I don't know about forms API, but in 4.7 there is the contact module that has been expanded (haven't played with it) or of course you could use feedback module (have played with it) to achieve what you want: http://drupal.org/project/feedback
