I know but I'm using D7 and ginkgo are not available for that.

You don't have to be using Open Atrium to use the theme. http://drupal.org/project/ginkgo

As Earnie suggest me, I've create a new Issue in Ginkgo project. I hope to have some feedback ASAP.

Open a ticket at http://drupal.org/project/issues/ginkgo and ask if it is going to be converted to D7. If not, you have a few options; do the upgrade yourself, pay someone to do it for you, or use a different theme. Sorry to be the bearer for seemingly bad news for you.
