Cannot attach file. - support

      Hello,
I want to upload a 2.9MB file but Drupal is not letting me. I have set 
Drupal to allow files up to 5MB, but it doesn't seem to be listening to 
me. I don't know what to do at this point. I've been banging my head 
against the wall for a few hours. Help?
