I am upgrading a 4.5.2 site to 4.6. After upgrading, nodes that were textiled are no longer textiled. The edit tab shows that they are of input format "Textile". That input format applies just a single filter: Textile, and without tags.
This has happened to me before during earlier upgrades. Eventually (after continuing work adding contrib modules), Textile was again applied to nodes, but I never understood why it stopped being applied, nor why it resumed being applied.
Can anyone enlighten me?
Thanks,
Cheryl

There can be two things. Either the filtrer cache is nagging you. in that case you could try to flush the cache. You can do that by running the SQL command "delete from cache where 1". this is safe to do, you will not loose information, only performance lmight go down for a short wile, while that cahce is being rebuild. Another option to flush the cache is to install devel.module. That module has a feature to flush the cache.
The other option is that textile is a little broken ;). In that case I suggest you post a support request ni the issue tracker of textile. That way you can be quite sure the developers and maitainers of that module will read it.
