to make new blocks I can make them from the block or from the menu
if I make it from the block it would not be clickable..
and if I make it from the menu it is clickable.. is it so??

BLOCKS THAT POINT TO AN INTERNAL NODE ARE NOT VISIBLE IF NOT LOGGED IN.. BLOCKS THAT POINT TO EXTERNAL SITES ARE VISIBLE ALWAYS..
IS IT POSIBLE TO MAKE THEM INVISIBLE FOR NOT LOGGED PEOPLE??
