Hello,
I'm trying to have a different template for each view,
I tired this: page-VIEWNAME.tpl.php but it doesn't seem to work. I've searched everywhere and I can't find a solution.
I'd like to change the base page layout for the view and not the actual view so the themes in the views aren't what I'm looking for.
I'm using views 2 drpual 6.
Thanks
Idan
Sorry for addressing this rather quickly, as I don't have time right now to drill down, but please do see this: http://drupal.org/node/190815#page-suggestion and note the recommendation to use the absolute path rather than the aliases. This could get tricky with Views, however. I'd recommend installing and enabling the theme_devel module (http://drupal.org/project/devel_themer) -- formerly part of the devel module -- which can spit out a lot of helpful information.
Again, apologies for the haste in which this is written. Someone else will probably come in with more detailed information.
Best, William

You have to use page-path.tpl.php. So make a page view and set path, then use the path for the template file. Clear cache each time you make a new template file. If the path consists of pieces like one/two/three you should use page-one-two-three.tpl.php.

Thank you very much for the help, I've been searching for hours for this and couldn't find it anywhere.
