I'm using drupal 6.3
How can I make taxonomy and terms to apprear in sidebars?
Is there a way to do that without installing additional modules?
If yes, could you describe step by step?
If no, could you introduce some modules that can do that?
And if possible, could you describe step by step how to do that?

I can't give you step by step, but Panels 2 can break up node components for placement in the "sidebar".
