A "Best" book on all aspect of Drupal would be bigger than the Bible... You should be more precise on your wishes.

Don't get the Drupal 7 Bible, (it is bigger than the Bible) and is for raw beginners, no help at all for reasonably competent Drupalisters.

There are almost no tutorials of any use and Drupal 6 tutorials are so different that they simply don't relate to D7 at all.

Tuts, as they are, for D7 have the problem of being out of date, some of the tools referred to are not in current drupal versions.
