I have installed wysiwyg and configured ckeditor. How do I configure ckeditor to allow for image upload?
Install IMCE and wysiwyg_imce bridge. Check the imce image icon in wysiwyg setting and allow img in input format you will use.

There are lots of options for this, each with it's own set of pros and cons. Recently I tried out this new module http://drupal.org/project/wysiwyg_imageupload, which I really liked. Other combinations I've used and been happy with are: - Imagefield with Insert - Image with Image Assist

I recently setup the CKFinder, which costs money, and clients seem to enjoy how easy it is to use.
