Hello list,
I'm having odd problems with drupal 4.6.4 and the image module. I have created my first image gallery, but when I load the page, not every thumbnail shows up, only few display, and others don't (missing images?). If you reload the page, you have a random effect: it could happen that thumbnails that were missing in the previous screen display correctly this time, and images that displayed correctly now are missing!
Try yourself: http://musimac.it/image/tid/47
Tried with Firefox 1.5 Mac/win, Safari, IE 6 Win.
Using the page info option within Firefox, I see that missing thumbnails are served as text/html (reloading the page, images that were previously served as image/jpeg could be served as text/html and vice versa!!!)
Hope you can help me, thanks in advance for any support you will offer!
Hi all, I wanted to find out how one might display a list of all users at site. I know I can show my own profile by using the path user/1 1) Suppose I wanted a menu item that would list all people on a site, for example if one wanted to find all persons who are members of a site? What would the link be? I know I can get to that list by going to admin/user/ but that requires administrative priviledge. I don't want to give every anonymous user the ability to modify a user profile but I'd like to display the list of users for others to look for a person? So, #1 is to look for members/users/staff by a list displaying everyone. Can I show that list to everyone that visits my site? 2) What about a search for a member, can I setup a box that is more descriptive then just search? That is not necessarily intuitive for some people who want to find someone. I know I can put up there a menu item with this path search/user/ But can I modify the search box, the way it dispays? Would I add a block?
I know I've seen other sites on the list that had a listing of people and photographs, profiles. I think #2, using search is the easiest but being able to display every person, as described in #1, is harder to me.
3) Can I have each field, say State, or other location field become a link to show others from the same state, or location? or some other field? I do have a location field and it says I'm from NC. But that field isn't a link that would connect me with others that have the same field value.
Thanks, Bruce

Cool that works and was rather easy. What if I wanted to create a photoalbum type site where we'd list each classmate for an alumni site. I might want a list of real names, sorted by year of graduation. My username list is not the most elegant looking list to say the least. I may need a different module to accomplish what I'm trying. Thanks, Bruce

You can theme the profile user list and add whatever you want, see here: http://drupal.org/node/44481

I think I need some more guidance. The file, profile_profile.tpl.php does not exist in the directory themes/engine/phptemplate I initially was looking for it in the directory themes/sometheme where sometheme is some theme like fancy.
I may want to do some more or additional editing of the themes, layout, etc. so it would help to get an idea of where to go to learn more about this specific issue, or issues. One of the modules created a x row, y column center display area, i.e. dividing the center column up into another table layout. This also required editing the theme. So, it would help to understand the process and what should be edited when changing the layout of a site. Thanks, Bruce
