I have looked and looked on this and cannot find the right area to edit the primary and secondary links since that has changed in 4.7. I see that is a problem listed on some of the Drupal forums as well. I went ahead and saved my headers for various sites from Google's cache but not sure what to do next.

Sorry if that previous message sent to the list. It disappeared when I hit ctrl-v for some reason.
As I was saying, have you read this page?
