How to create a view for users' search ? - support

      Hi all. I need to create a view where users can search other users. I'm 
on Drupal 6.14
I have created an user's type view, and If I insert "email" field for 
filter #1 (exposed or not) my views works.
Buf If I insert the "name of the user" for an exposed filter, the search 
does not work anymore and return always a message about a wrong choice.
