I'm looking for a theme for Drupal that has a navigation bar across the top, quick links on the right to various pages directly inside the site, and then a sub-navigation on the left hand side.
Basically what I'm looking for is that the user goes to the main page, they see a navbar and the quick links. They click on an item on the navbar and when they're in that section, they see the same layout but now there's a navigation bar on the left hand side for that section.
Sorry if this seems real basic but I'm new to this whole CMS thing. The actual placement of the items I can modify, just trying to find a theme to get started.

If you value simplicity and are comfortable with CSS you may want to start with the "Base" theme (http://drupal.org/project/base). As its name suggests, it is a good starting point to develop your own style, with minimal efford.
