Some help would be gratefully appreciated:
I'm fiddling around with the new Commerce module for Drupal 7 and trying to install the sample data with drush.
But when I run 'drush make make.build' it tells me that the 'make build.make' command is not found.
Running 'drush help' (or just drush command) doesn't show any reference to a make option.
I've Googled and can't find any reference; but I have seen there is a module called drush_make; which is only for Drupal 6, and meant for rolling out production profiles.
Please tell me what I'm missing?
[Insert tearful rageface here.]

Jeff,
Follow the installation instructions for drush_make at http://drupal.org/project/drush_make and you will be a very happy camper.
