Here’s a weird item. I have a Views 2 (Drupal 6.20) Profile view that takes over /users/nameofuser which is the default when you click on View. But I can’t seem to get the argument to work. It goes to users/usernamewithnospacesorpunctuation. So if a user name was joel.willers, it goes to /users/joelwillers. There doesn’t seem to be any argument that I can use with this.
Any suggestions? I could change the default of the View tab to go to /users/UID instead, but I’m not certain how to do that, so if that is all I can do, could I get some advice on how to approach this?

Under Arguments, I selected Provide default argument, and User ID from URL, and that did the trick. That was a fun hour of tweaks!
