Ok, with a little modification by myself all works! example: RewriteRule ^nvda(.*) http://www.spazioausili.net/~nvda_italia/nvda$1 [L,R=permanent] the missing things were the (.*) and $1. now works perfectly. and this is a solution also for all users that have plesk and want delete the ~ character before each webuser, and can't use symbolik link. Ok now drupal+plesk is really ok. bye and thanks!
