Not sure where to post this. Certainly didn't want to open an issue; so kindly bear with me:

http://drupal.org/project/quotes requests comments from Drupal 7 users, and as it's your module I doubt you mind the publicity. (I'm surprised so few sites use it.)

Anyway, it works beautifully for my purposes in D7. I avoided importing the quotes or using tags, since it explicitly says the functionality isn't there yet; and just created a few quotes, set permissions, created a block, and everything seems to be working perfectly.

Only change I made to the CSS was the .block-quotes 60% width setting - which I changed to 90%. I can imagine why it's like that for Main Content, but in a sidebar it's a bit skinny. :-)
