Hello,
I'm interested in using the signup module: http://drupal.org/project/signup
But, I noticed it's for version 4.6 and haven't been able to get it working in 4.7.
Is there an alternative module that does the same thing that works in 4.7?

There is a 4.7 release which is working, according to one of the maintainers. If it doesn't work, file bug reports.
