Folks: My site at http://es.earthednet.org has several blog listings. As I've been testing and adding to the site, I have one blog that displays normally on the blog listing page: http://es.earthednet.org/blog/1 The latest blog, however, doesn't have a "read more" link or a summary that includes the first few lines of the blog. I've checked the settings and for each of the blog files, they are identical. What could be happening? How can I fix this? Thanks, Bill

It appears the teaser is empty. If you have inserted a teaser <!--break--> prior to all text in the node body, no text will be shown in the teaser.

Carl: Thanks! Yep, I had a <p> tag right at the top of my posting. Mystery solved. Thanks! Also: thanks for the prompt reply. It's invaluable for these small mystifying behaviors that can burn lots of time with head scratching. Bill
