I'm upgrading a site from 4.4.0 to 4.5.2. I've already done several such upgrades, and all went smoothly. Now, for some reason on this site, admin images doesn't appear in the navigation menu, nor does settings images. Create images does appear, however.
The procedure I used was:
1. Copy drupal 4.4.2 over existing 4.4.0. 2. Run update.php. 3. Replace existing 4.4.2 with drupal 4.5.0. 4. run update.php 5. Copy drupal 4.5.2 over existing 4.5.0. 6. Run update.php 7. Install image.module. 8. Run update-image.php
Suggestions?

Which database updates where done? That should not have been neccessary.

Did you create the tables that have to be created manually?
